Application to the territorial employment authority according to the legal address for receipt of an approval to employ a foreign citizen;
Submission of documents to a Department of Moscow Government for consideration by the working group with the aim to receive a quota for a particular enterprise. On approval by the working group the issue is submitted for consideration by the interdepartmental administrative commission which takes a decision on advisability of employing foreigh specialists. Notice is served to the employer on the date of the commission sitting. The final decision is taken by Vice Mayor of Moscow;
Issue of a permit to employ foreign workforce by the Federal Migration Service (fee 3,000 roubles);
Receipt of a work permit for every employee in the Migration Department of Moscow.
