Subscriber's Services is a package of services rendered to a business/company/enterprise on a regular basis to resolve legal problems for your business/company. This gives you a chance at any time without previous appointments and at a substantial discount:
- to have a consultation or a necessary document
- to request complex documentation to be created and processed
- to call to your office experts in the area of legal expertise you need
- to invite them to negotiation meetings
- to authorise them to negotiate with your opponent or the opponent's lawyers
- to have a consultation of experts proficient in various specific areas of knoWGedge which meet your requirements
- not to pay (unlike in the case of ordinary consultations) for experts' travelling time.
Subscriber's Services are not intended to be any kind of substitution for your legal department work - when, for instance, it is necessary to sign standard agreements (except drawing standard documents), internal company documents, or to consult you on the progress of current cases and issue, etc. WG lawyers have a great deal of experience in working together with their clients' legal departments. It may be both joint work similar to accounting and due diligence and also work on some projects (consulting about complicated issues, making and processing complex documentation, participation in court and arbitrage proceedings on clients' cases, international arbitrage proceedings, representation of clients' interests in state, supervisory bodies, etc.).
If the client does not specify otherwise, a decision on the list of lawyers and legal advisers involved in actual work on a case is made by WG and is based on the evaluation of the case complexity and the lawyers' areas of expertise.
